InVia Fertility Specialists is a state-of-the-art fertility center with a strong patient-centered focus. Our fertility center offers a range of services for both female fertility concerns and male infertility. InVia Fertility Specialists has four convenient locations in the North and Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Our main office in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, offers patient visits with physicians, Assisted Reproductive Technologies (IVF, ICSI, TESA), Reproductive Surgery, Egg Donor Program, Egg Freezing, testing and treatment, as well as monitoring appointments.

Our Hoffman Estates office, Cook and Kane Counties, is located near Addison, Barrington, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Chicago, Dundee, Elgin, Elk Grove Village, Glendale Heights, Hanover Park, Rolling Meadows, Roselle, Schaumburg, South Barrington and Streamwood.

Additionally, for any procedures that cannot be done at one of our offices, InVia fertility has privileges with Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Evanston Hospital in Evanston, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington and Sherman Hospital in Elgin.
